2011 Trials

Now that it's confirmed I shall be attending Gosford and the SFS for the last 2 trials.

Yep Gosford and SFS for me as well. Gosford trial was a double header last year. Anyone know if it will be the same this year?

Maybe…could be Roosters/Manly, they have nothing scheduled for that weekend, all other teams confirmed to play elsewhere

Hopefuly k/o a bit leter this year, sem to recal it being very hot there last year

Tip*

Dont order tix to this game thru membership applications, we and everyone around us got screwed last year, thought we were sitting around the 30m mark but they ended up putting us parralel to the dead ball line

Agree, I fell for the same thing last year.

Also am I remembering correctly that the tickets were cheaper than the ones offered through memberships?

Tip* anyone going to Gosford DO NOT park in the Leagues club car park. They shut the gates for 30 to 40 minutes after the game so you can't get out.

No cars leave that car park until the crowd empties the stadium.

Yeh youre right we got slugged extra for tix too iirc

It doesnt leave a good taste in your mouth when as a member you try to help your club but you recieve service like that….I know that it was due to whoever handled the ticketing but at the end of the day WTs engaged that ticjeting provider

TDC is correct, parking at the Leagues Club carpark looks good due to it being across the road from the ground however not being able to get out after the game is a pain, unless you want to spend some time in the club. Even when they open the carpark up there can still be heaps of people in the way when you try to drive onto the street, it's bedlum. I think I'll wait and go to the SFS game.

bugger that. catch the train

Hate to say it but alien is right - the proximity of rail station & beers at the Leagues Club - to the ground make it a non-driving exercise for me!!

Park at the train station car park. It's a short walk and plenty of room.

Foundation Cup….. wait for the 1 adult and 5 kids offer...screw the Rorters..6 in for the price of 20 bucks...

Yeah there is parking out and around there just a warning not to use the leagues club.

Train station is good

I can confirm that the Parramatta trial venue is not confirmed, and is not going to be Bluetongue Stadium Gosford. The stadium was unable to secure any trials.

The mail I have (which as I said IS NOT confirmed) - is that it may be played at Campbelltown. This happened two or three years ago as well from memory.
