Pretty lackluster final day, especially compared to what happened 12 months ago, but that was always going to happen with relegation sorted and the title being won. Overall I felt the season was a little underwhelming, by December it seemed set in stone that Man U would win the whole thing.

Now onto next season, here's hoping my Toffees can get a good manager and bring in a class striker to make up for the lack of goals (which will be compounded when Fellaini inevitably leaves this window).

Last year was an amazing finish and chances are it won't happen again for sometime soon. I find english football still creates enough excitement despite not having a final series. With Champions League & Relegation spots on top of european football, FA and League Cup.

Think the FA Cup final should be moved back to final Saturday of the season and then all other teams play Sunday same time (assuming that 2 Premier League make the final ) and the the others can play either Monday Or Tuesday

Crystal Palace takes the last promotion spot.

I'm going on a Contiki Tour that starts from London and will be there at the start of the season. I'm really hoping I can see an EPL game in the short time I'm in London and now Crystal Palace will be promoted, it gives me a great opportunity. That they're captained by Aussie Mile Jedinak that's even better.

Not really,

Lewandovski contract ends and he's not interested in playing at Dortmund anymore,

and There were no complaints when Dortmund took Reus off munchengladbach

Big game Tuesday night for the Socceroos v Japan in Japan for the WC Qualifiers

A draw would be helpful ,a win would be huge in the scheme of things

Then the two games back in Australia culminating with the Iraq game

They are must win games To be honest I have a bad feeling that we might not qualify , a lot of old legs in the side

If we beat Jordan and Iraq we qualify no matter what happens in Japan. I think Japan will beat us (or we may jag a draw) and I am confident of beating the two middle eastern teams here (although we should have beaten Oman). If we finish third in the group though I don't think we will qualify, we might beat Iran in the first tie but the fifth placed South American team would thrash us (Chile/Venezuela/Uruguay/Peru). If we have to play Uruguay it would be a real eye opener to show the change in class between the two sides since 2005 when we beat them, these days I'd back them to destroy us and I am stunned at how much trouble they are having with qualification.

Too many players picked on reputation , not on form MM in my opinion

Kennedy being back will help Not having to rely on either Holman or Cahill as the go to people for any goals will make a difference

A 1-1 draw was the deserved result.
Some real positive signs with a great fighting performance.

Got home from work just as Tommy Oar scores

Get out of shower just as Matt McKay gives away penalty

A bevy of emotions in a short time

Will watch the game tomorrow as was taped

I would have taken the draw 12 hours ago so it is hard to be too upset, we play like that against Jordan and Iraq we will beat both of them comfortably and qualify. Japan are the best team in Asia and showed why today, even though they didn't win they dominated the game.

A good 4-0 win over Jordan today. They played pretty well. One of their better performances in a while.
