Unfortunately this forum suffers from the same disease as WT administration: 'improvise, if it fails improvise some more, if it fails improvise again'. No consistency, no strategic direction, no responsibility, no KPI's, in one word no thinking, just do it :crazy

- No discussion of strategic direction e.g.' what sort of club/team we want to be?
- No discussion of KPI's e.g. 'we will have max 15 missed tackles per game, our FB shall run 150 m minimum, our pack will dominate the opposition and each forward will run at east 100 m, we will analyse our mistakes, correct them, opposition will score 2 tries max, every kick will be chased by at least 4 players, we will play patient/disciplined game - and aim to at least repeated sets, play-off every year, we will play players at their specialist position etc.'
- Do we have players that can play such a game ? If no, who shall go?
- Which coach will take us there and why ? But no hand waving, evidence, please :slight_smile:
