Bennett’s said no, and wouldn’t coach a club like ours anyway, he wants premierships , to rub the Broncos face in.

I might have missed something along the way but aren't there a couple of major assumptions in your comment. I haven't seen that Manly's facilities were the reason Maguire said no to coaching them and I haven't seen anywhere that Bennet has said no to coaching WT. Unless I'm wrong I'm assuming both coaches are still in the list of possibilities.

I haven't seen that Manly's facilities were the reason Maguire said no to coaching them and I haven't seen anywhere that Bennet has said no to coaching WT. Unless I'm wrong I'm assuming both coaches are still in the list of possibilities.

No thoughts on that one.
The only reason he is holding off is because he has a $1m contract for next year which he would not like to put to risk. He is in hands of his and Cleary management group to sort out with the relevant clubs.

Well he never committed to the bronco's for next year in that speech, and if you are honest he would probably prefer to coach souths, but souths might not want him
