Waste of money

If you're comparing it to a wise investment, yes it is. If you're looking to contribute to something you love, then it's a great use of money.

But I don’t attend games these days ..
I’d rather watch on tv ..
Why would I want to throw money into an organisation who can’t help themselves?
I’d rather contribute to saving a Koala .

Agree but I give to both anyway

And let's face it you do love the tigers or you wouldn't be on here

Or is it geo and happy you love and that's why your always on here

Yes I still have a soft spot for the Tigers but I’ve had enough of the way the organisation has been so piss poorly managed for an eternity..
I bet I’m not the only one who’s not renewed there membership in years .
Pretty much over the NRL as a whole to be honest...
And I do love @Geo & @happy_tiger ..
They are good blokes !

Pledging... Roll over... Too confusing plus I've really lost interest attending games

Typical Wests Tigers lack of communication from Admin. I had a Campbelltown membership for myself and my son and early on in the piece I thought I had pledged my membership but later on was asked if Ii wanted to roll it over to next year.
I have no idea what the status is for myself and my son. Trying to communicate and get things sorted out with Admin at Wests Tigers can be really hit and miss. If you have been rolled over I would assume that you keep your years of membership continuous for the purposes of the Loyalty Program. Is there any way you can easily find out if you have been rolled over or if you need to renew?

If you pledge then rolling over just means you’re paying for the same membership for next year automatically. I pledged and got an email saying it would be rolled over and now they’ve taken the money out. You can ring them up directly and ask them they make it very easy or email them

If you rolled over..they should not have taken money out..

Pledging your 2020 membership meant you had pledge your membership for this season..(ticket access)

If they have taken money means you auto renewed for 2021

Thats what happened it auto renewed aka rolled over. For whatever reason that’s what they called it cause I pledged but they emailed me saying my membership would be rolling over on a certain date to 2021 automatically, so different to choosing to roll your membership over to 2021 instead of pledging

Yes but people who didn't pledge had the option to roll over their membership till 2021 and not pay anything for 2021..(tickets) but can buy the packs

Yeah, its just that they have used the same terminology for 2 different things.

People who rolled their 2020 membership into 2021 due to covid do not receive membership packs, lanyard etc as you already received them for 2020. You will just have access to the games.

People who pledge their 2020 membership to the club and are paying for membership again in 2021 will receive memberships packs etc on top of the access to games.

In saying that I realised last night the club messed up my auto renew again this year so went online to try and renew and it states I have no packages to renew lol.

It’s one area they need to improve on. The process and record keeping of membership leaves a lot to be desired. In all honesty it’s not that hard todo, unless you are using something like spreadsheets to keep track of everything thing. The requirements are pretty straight forward and an easily designed database would handle it without issue. All you need on top is a solid web front end and you are set.

They don't even have records that go back further than around 2008. They can't identify the members like me that have been members since the club was founded.

Though in saying that they are improving and I know that we are about to see a massive push in member recognition and a renewed focus on membership within the club.

I took my daughter to a game when she was 6 months .pretty sure she didn’t enjoy it

Lol, my daughter was one of the best behaved babies I have ever seen and was quite content at games and once she was a toddler she started to enjoy it.

In saying that I had to leave a game at Campbelltown at halftime when she threw up all over me at about 6 months of age. Joys of being a Dad lol.

I’m genuinely interested here - why do you not go to games any more? Young kids so life is busy?
