My parents grew up Glebe Leichhardt then bought cheep in Merrylands, grew up in Merrylands . now moved up old Windsor road Closer to the fiddler.

Often think about moving from Sydney Any advice? Most of family in Sydney tho.

Move to Brisbane.

Well if you live on the North side it's about an hour to the Sunshine Coast with it's beautiful uncrowded beaches.
An hour in Sydney traffic would get you from Merrylands to Merrylands.

Long time reader of this forum , been even longer since I first posted !!
Regular poster on the so called FB forums ( frowned upon in here im reading )
Born and bred in Parramatta district , lone balmain tigers fan living with a household of parra fans!!
Now a tormented ,and frustrated Wests Tigers member !! Always say to myself Ill giving up on them then 24hrs later Im back on board but gee its playing the long game here and patience isn't one of my strong points!! lol

Now settled in the shire and loving it with the family!! :+1:

Born and raised within walking distance from the Mighty Magpies home ground of Pratten Park in Ashfield/Croydon.
Then a short time in Bathurst, a little longer in Goulburn,
then Parklea, moved to Pentridge Vict and finally Long Bay for a while.
I'm now live in and terrorising the area around Barrington Tops.

Fun fact: the Male Model From Mudgee used to be my uncle's apprentice barber and used to cut my hair when I was small enough to need a box to sit on in the barber's chair 🙂

Barrington Tops is nice country

I love it up there, spent so much time up getting lost up there as a kid.

Wide street quiet area lots of trees

Got a big in ground pool up the backyard with a triple garage overlooking the pool with with bar table tennis pool table and it's lovely and peaceful up there and great to have family and friends over

Southern Highlands of N.S.W.....Moss Vale.....
not to far from the city about 1.5 hours and 50 mins to Campbelltown...

45 mins to Woollongong,Nowra and an hour to Kiama..
I think Im not bad off if I want to travel the coast...hopefully in about 12/18 months I will be able to take some stuff I make at home to the markets down that way....
