After reading some of the posts in this thread, it is clear to me if the best you can hope for is Farah or Morris or Flanagan (and there are some in here the really, really believe they are genuine chances), then we are in massive trouble.

Stop picking names from a hat, and getting on the train with your Lebanese favourites or your almost 1st grade quality coach, or believing the names tossed up in some BS newspaper. Put some GENUINE thought into it.

Not sure who touted Farah as the next head coach, but Morris and Flanagan are decent options. The first thing this team needs fixing is the attitude, as many have mentioned they well and truely are NOT playing for the coach and its so damn obvious, especially when you consider the game against Newcastle, stark contrast between our players and theres, and I'm not talking about playing ability (which are obviously far apart aswell). Both these names have their benefits and are not just names from a hat, more so Flanagan than Morris.

Ben Gardiner, proven winner, younger, able to communicate with the younger players, calm approach for the rest of the year because the hectic chaotic approach from Madge is not working.
It appears the players are frightened to play uptempo but basic football.
The fundamentals of the game are out the window, like 'who wants the ball' or lets have 4 weak hit-ups so Brooks under pressure kicks it straight down the fullbacks throat........and a dozen more examples. We are gun shy.

They will come. However it will be in Nathan's final year of footy and Ivan in a walking frame and we pay them 10M for 1 year of service. Thats how WTs operate.
