3-2-1

There seems to be a real consensus here. Ava was outstanding. He ran hard and straight all night, bent the line, played the ball quickly and made a bunch of tackles without a miss. This shows that he has the motor for and belongs in the starting lineup.
3\. Ava
2\. Lawrence (give him the captaincy on his own)
1.Naiqama

3\. ava
2\. lawrence
1\. farah

grant tries so hard but i dont understand why he gets dominated in every single tackle. he makes no contact after initial contact. he was so good in the first few games and has been ineffective last 2\. defense is definitely good though.

Farah then daylight.

Ran a mile, was everywhere with his cover defence and cleaning up dangerous kicks.

That's why he's NSW leading statesman.

Ava was strong and every other player.

Great effort with no luck.

3 Ava (Best game ever)

2 Kev (was everywhere and played injured)

1 Moses ( how anyone can say Brooks outplayed it ???)

Honourable mentions to Siro and Rowdy.

3\. Ava
2\. Sirro
1\. Kev

HM to Rowdy and Rankin.

I can't give Farah any votes. Yes, he tackled hard but was always dominated in contact; and yes he made yards with ball in hand but his service was atrocious. For a player of his calibre to be throwing the ball at Moses' ankles on the fifth is unacceptable. Ditch the one handed pick-up, engage the marker then pass the ball clean. A point was raised in another thread about support play and I think if he had people running with him he'd look a lot better, but at this point in his career I don't want to be relying on him breaking the line to initiate offence.

Yeah agree. Surprises to see so many points for Grant. He has been dominated the last two weeks but effort is there, he is pulling decenr minutes and defensively sound. But think other forwards out scored him this week. Ava's best game to date. Hope he keeps it up!

I'm surprised many haven't noticed Aloiai's efforts

He was very good in a team struggling for yardage in my opinion

I have. I think he has been on a consistent trajectory of improvement. His runs in early games were satisfactory but didnt really bend the line. On Sunday he was genuinely bending the Storm defensive line and defensively he seems quite sound. He is a big lad and has been a genuine bonus this year.
