A Win takes us to 10th a Loss leaves us in 14th

The heading says it all and with a game against the Eels next week followed by a bye to have any chance of the finals we really need to get a win up tomorrow and then take the eels next week (who really aren't good enough to win again next week).

We lose tomorrow, Taylor needs hauling in and given a rev up, we have been ordinary for to long now, and we are equal last.

My concern is i never want to claim the Wooden Spoon and that is why we need to win to avoid such a thing , as for the 8 ? Mathematically Yes but Consistently ? No

Fire Up Wests Tigers .

Eels and WT are both inconsistent teams Boonboon. I hope we beat Penrith on Sunday, but like the Eels, it seems we aren't good enough to win again next week either. We haven't had back up wins for a while. :frowning: Fingers crossed that changes soon.

Wow we would be happy with 10th ? ( yes me too). If we win this week, which will be difficult we face our twin Parramatta next week. Best chance we got of going back to back for the rest of the year.

Sad to see where we are at. The wooden spoon unfortunately may be a reality. We need to win this week?

Really hope Brooks runs the ball, and Moses kicks with variation. The one thing that may go in our favour is the Panthers are coming off a very physical game against the dogs, so if we can hang in there we may finish over the top of them.

Well to me at the moment anything is possible, for example I took the Sharks with a very good start hoping that it would be a close game, who would of thought that the Cowboys had them down 18/0 at half time only to be overhauled in the second half by 24 points to nothing…just goes to show you,if the effort goes into a game you can reap the rewards, and don't worry, the Cowboys are a pretty good outfit, having won 10or 11 in a row is a very good record..

So realistically anything can happen to or for any team as things stand at the moment...Dragons have also been great but Parra out played them as well last night, let's hang in there and hope the team fires up for the next few weeks... :sign:

Don't give the opponents any lead at all.
This time if wests-tigers have any lead at all, don't drop an intensity, as you will lose.

Crunching numbers at this stage and only for spots in the bottom third or so, shows just what type of year we are having. The J (uro) curve would look terrible if the latest data was added.
