We could also potentially front load Doueihi this season giving us more flexibility down the road. That is if we arent in the market for anyone else.

I've got us with $350k left and one spot

If Uto is a definite NO then don't underestimate what we could get given we are three months in and with a touch of front loading

Looks like we got BJ & AD for a similar number in 2020 so it's possible

And of course still gives us flexibility to do the Alex Johnston for CMQ blockbuster swap

Hard to say @Madge but working backwards off the POM's $1.8m over 4 years given Souths have chipped in some for 2020 & 2021 and paid Nov-Jan it would be something like 2020 $350k, 2021 $450k, 2022 $500k, 2023 $500k

Oh and I forgot Musgrove too. A low risk, high reward type signing given the low $ he'd be on. We're looking heaps better. That right side of Marshall with the two Leilua's and then Doueihi chiming in will cause some teams some real problems. Will be fun to watch.

This is another positive outcome for the club and fans. Using a bit of logic, if the WT were prepared to pay overs, they would have signed Doueihi last week and be done with it. The fact that it took this long suggests we didn't, as per Pascoe and Madge's mandate.

Heres my guess for the yearly contracted amounts.
Considering he was reportedly on $500k for 2020 abd $600k for 2021 with Rabbits,

2020 WT $300k, Rab $200k ($100k for 3 months plus an extra $100k)
2021 WT $400k, Rab $100k
2022 WT $500k
2023 WT $600k

Theee figures add up to WT paying $1.8 which is what POM said, and meets the condition of what he was on at Souths.

But all just a guess.

Based on what I saw last year I think it's a fair price. I think he's a real talent and has a lot of upside to his game. Just my opinion though.

Hmm not sure about the wing spot. It will be CT or Jennings. Jennings looks like he's trimmed down a lot. Hopefully he plays in the 9's.
