This post drew my attention. The penny has finally dropped. This is true.
Why are so many here casting shade on HBG when, for me at least, there is no obvious link between some of our BS dramas and our owners?
It's simple really. Why are we a magnet for crap management, players and coaches? Because they know they can get away with it. Because our owners either couldn't care less, or actively enjoy the distress this club goes through every season.
Can anyone imagine any other club, with ownership that actively sponsors and requires a winning culture, putting up with this crap? Ours couldn't give a rats or gleefully participates in our seasonal downward spiral.
Richo was the critical circuit breaker for this and, where is he now?
Is HBG directly responsible for the BS we are in at the moment? I would say not, but they are there in the background enabling it either inadvertently or actively in perpetuity.
 
Really this can’t be about playing lock or starting on the bench, I hope it all comes out , so us fans can blame the right party , what gets me , is AD went to clear himself so he could play , then in 1 day he wants out of the club , there’s a lot more to this , again I hope we get the truth

Not a chance.
He's seen this circus from inside the big top. He's worn the top hat in the centre ring and seen the dancing elephants and clown car full of debentured clowns with squirty flowers on their lapels.
As soon as he lifts the loud hailer to his mouth and says roll up, roll up, one of the clowns (with frowny face makeup) will trip him for a laugh.
Theres a reason we are in the place we are with a devoted but inexperienced coach. No one who has coached here before will come back.

This ^ ! I agree. As per my post above, I hope he comes out and spills the beans. If he honestly has any to spill. Yes Please.
 
I can’t believe AD & Benj can’t move forward together, plus he’s got a contract to 2029
Unless Moses is sitting on a mega offer for elsewhere I’d hope it can be sorted and all sides can manage any resentment and move forward
On Moses, is he officially AD’s manager, it never seems crystal clear of that status

Doesn't matter if or how much more there is to it, should have been dealt with inside the four walls professionally.

Their is no justification under any circumstances for AD to do what he did. He dogged his Coach,Club, teammates, fans and sponsors.

You gotta wonder how the story broke while the team was still on the trading paddock.... AD is grub and should never play for this club ever again.....

The mental gymnastics people will go to defend and excuse ADs behaviour is incredible........

They both spoke to Benji/Douhei and Shaun and seem to think it is settled today, that Douhei wont be going anywhere.

Id love to see Douhei at #13 this week. I honestly think we win. Theres no way he has a poor performamce after skipping last week.

Tigers are $3.07 head to head and +8.5 with the line... im getting on it.. save this post
 
If that's true, it's the kind of weak leadership that has us in the position we are in.

Neither Benji nor Shaun will have jobs come this time next year.

All the power still rest with vog average players and Bejis words ring hollow.... It's Ads way or the highway....

As if he’d risk staining his legacy after winning at least 4 premierships. It might be romantic for us supporters to talk about how good the challenge would be. But that’s only because we love the club and are emotionally invested. For people in the game, it’s their livelihood and legacy. And hard work. I’m not sure why someone in his position would want to bother.

Parramatta are playing some ok football at times but $3.07 is very appealing for tigers

I’m not a fan of HBG. I’ve never defended them and never will. But it’s painfully obvious they are the new boogeyman. Anything that goes slightly wrong, it’s their fault. I’m already exhausted by it, and it’s not going to stop anytime soon. They are the new Luke Brooks.

Benji is way ahead there. A new coach will fix everything that's how we roll.
 
Isaiah Yeo - so impressive and absolutely right about dealing with things out of sight of the media but hard to keep things within 4 walls with Isaac Moses clients. Its no coincidence that the loudest noise is always around his people

Except, there are reports that the players backed him. Now there are whispers Twal is unhappy. Call it sensationalism if you want, but who would have believed we would be in this position in the first place. Anything that gets reported about us does not warrant being scoffed at because that’s how badly run we are.
