Adam Doueihi #227

He’s a well spoken kid unlike our very own Lebanese Resident ...
I didn’t hear the word ‘brah’ used once
😂

Great work by our guys to finally close this deal in the face of a nasty disinformation campaign run by certain bottom feeding NRL media with their own agendas.

Expect the DT to get nasty as they have been kept out of the loop with SMH getting the news first. Already calling him a discard which is just a bitchy spin.

God I hate the Terrorgraph.

Adrian Proszenko is one of the most honest and reliable journalist around, i always like reading his articles.
There is no BS or guessing with him just factual.

Outstanding news...

I for one have to say the recruitment team have done a outstanding job considering who was available this off season.
They have copped a flogging from Media and Fans (me included) and have come through with flying colours.

I can honestly see what Madge is doing here and it just reminds me of what Bellamy did back when he started at storm.. We have not just building for the next few season we are building long term and our Brand is only going to get stronger.

Now we can relax some and enjoy the ride...

The other bonus as reported by Prozenko is the deal is 4 years 2.25m or average per season at $562,500. Souths have paid 125k already and they pay 50k per season over the next two years.

That would mean we are paying 437k year one, 512k year two, 512k year 3 and 562k year 4.
That’s not bad business.

Even if he doesn’t develop he’s paid what he is worth currently on performance and has utility value.

Man. Amazing.

I started this thread because i saw how talented this kid was... now we signed him.

Great player at a great club.
We are building so well.
We are a legit threat and only on the rise.

Meanwhile peasants like Clarky and Crawly wanna run their mouths. And gronk teams like the titans and knights just get worse.. we are gonna slide right into the 8.

Warrrr Tigers.

And fox sports, and Kayo and news.com.... all the same beasts mate

In an attempt to have one last shot at WT over the Doueihi signing, the Telegraph are reporting the deal as worth $2.5 million with the clear inference we are paying massive overs to get the kid. Think I read in one of the threads on this forum the correct amount is $1.9 million. They sure as hell do not like us!

Well done Maguire and Pascoe.

You guys may have had your critics and im sure theyll stick around but this off season has been one of the best in recent times. Some really smart recruiting and everyone we have signed brings something that we didnt already have.

Cant wait to see Adam run out round 1.

I love the way we are building for the years to come.

Youth, size and hard Work

Brilliant hey

Can we please bookmark this thread, if AD doesn't have a good year, we can revisit how happy so many folks were to sign him today.

Not being a negative nelly, just I recall a lot of revisionist commentary about JRey between today and back when we signed him.

I'm pleased for AD to be aboard, hope he does well, let's see some performance on-field now.
