Sad to see, but why on earth wasn't Adam tackling with his right shoulder, as putting one's head in front of anyone's knees, let alone someone with Taumalolo's huge size, is just asking for trouble.

Wasn’t good, was already swelling up before he left the field. Would say season over for him regardless.

I suppose we can at least be grateful it's not an ACL, so he has plenty of time to recover.

He’s not as strong, or confident, tackling with the right shoulder as the left. I’m sure it’ll be etched in his brain now , head behind the legs, never in front !

As critical as I’ve been, that is rough, he’s had a terrible time with injuries. He just started to be a positive inclusion and affect the outcome of games. I hope it turns out better than initial rumours, and it’s just something that can heal over the break and back in to offseason training.

Daniel Dubois made a successful return to boxing after breaking his, Billy Jean Saunders retired after his, but that was possibly also due to age and meat pies.

It was a spur of the moment action, he didn't know he was going to get his head injured. Anyway I'm sure all Adam's fans and supporters wish him all the best and a speedy recovery. He's one of the good guys and we need him to get back on the field when he's ready and fit again

If the injury is as bad as described, footy wouldn't be too much on his mind. Health is the main thing and hope the family is coping well.
