Now I may cop a bit of criticism here but in my opinion if we lose Brooks this man needs to be signed

For many reasons:

. He is a great goal kicker something we lack

. He has an amazing kick on him

. Experienced but still young at the age of 26

. Can guide our forward pack around and really control the teams momentum

Etc etc

Keep Moses and have Reynolds at halfback they both have different skill assets

Moses is a good running half and can turn a game around he takes the line on well

Reynolds is sort of the opposite he can really control the game with his kicking game and can really guide the team around the park well

This forms the perfect halfs combination one who takes the line on and the other that controls the game with his leathal kicking game!

6\. Moses
7\. Reynolds

Now I'm pretty sure Reynolds comes off contract at the end of 2017, Both Mitch and Luke will take the option in there favour 100% but the year after at the end of 2017 it'll be a struggle to keep both depending on how we play and how they play!

Reynolds signed a contract at the start of this year for 2 years on 500K a season and I'm guessing including a TPA

There were rumours going around at the start of the year he had a fallout and asked for a release to the Titans take that how you want but I don't think it'll be impossible to sign the bloke!

Thoughts?

No criticisim from me either, i wish we could snare a player of his calibre.

Moses and Reynolds would form a lethal combination.

I'm happy with what we have. Don't think either will leave.

Moses is the playmaker - don't think we need to pay 600+ for a goal kicker.
I am sure Moses and Brooks will learn the art of kicking and be just as good as Reynolds in 5 years when they are 26\. Was he better than them 5 years ago?

I can't remember to tell you the truth.

Brooks and Moses will come good I'm happy if the club can keep them

In saying that if we are to lose one of them Reynolds would be a great buy

Agree 100% but if Brooks does leave I'm saying Reynolds should replace him

More chance of getting Josh Reynolds the bug eyed pretender….as a swap...Dessie works in mysterious ways...

well he hadn't debuted 5 years ago, so who knows.

ive said it a million times but i'll say it agian. the average age for a modern half to consistently start at 6 or 7 (more than a few games in a season, or mostly off the bench) is 21.

look at DCE, cronk, reynolds etc. they debuted around 21-23 not 18 or 19\. and none of them with another 20 year old. they all had someone experience helping out and often in an already good team not some basket case like us

They've had a few years of very expensive kicking lessons for bugger all improvement .

The point is that they are 21 and not 26 - totally unfair comparison.

The time on the field is what matters just as much as age.
They've had plenty and should be a lot further ahead in their developement than they are. Their kicking game is ordinary, with all the first grade experience they've had.
They must be slow learners ,
Sooner of later they have to take responsibility for what they do on the field.
Or will we still be saying that they're only 26 , they'll learn ?
I'm not saying they're hopeless, just over paid and over hyped by too many people watching them through rose coloured glasses

Great call mate,i think reynolds would fit in perfectly, one of the best goal kickers and kickers in the game, and is exactly what the tigers need at this time.I think moses all around game would flourish playing beside him too

$800k + TPA for Brooks and Moses is fair.

$450k for Moses and $350k for Brooks

I'm sure Harry can top them up if they want more
