Does a lot of the clean up work.
Important piece of the defensive machine, a lot like Elijah Taylor was.

Needs to be unleashed from the coaching aspect as he has more to offer but always seems to be playing restricted.

Twal is bog average, a great reserve grade forward. He runs like a grandma and the word offload is not in his vocabulary. He can tackle wow, he is a bloody forward if he couldn't do that what could he do. Needs to be shipped off at the end of the year.

It looks like they're happy to continue plodding along and hope our fortunes change next year with the addition of two new players and most of the pack walking out the door.

I really wasn’t expecting any significant change to the playing group the first year of Sheens arrival, so the new coaches and the 2 quality signings for 23 gave me a higher expectation.
The really disappointing part of our on field performance is the lack of effort, the misguided passes, the clumsy penalties, the poor kicking from our halves.
Watching Nofa under the high ball is pure torture, especially considering the $525k x 4.
Watching Brooks throw wayward passes at $1.1m x 2 is painful.

Restricted.... by 2 coaches?
ET finished his career in reserve grade.
You need to take the cedar goggles off man,
He's slow and lacks any impact at all....

Most of the tackles he makes is because the other team runs directly into him while he's stationary, waiting for them.
If he's an important part of the machine, It would explain one of the many things wrong with the Machine.

This is the fourth year Tragic of this type of performance and coaching. Sheens has been back for this year.

Twal allows post contact metres and opposition offloads more than any other forward in our team.. doesn’t miss many tackles granted but rarely if ever stings the opposition ball runner..

At best Twal would be a fringe first grade player at any other club but ours which just shows how poor our forwards are.He has a high workrate but zero impact on the field.
We need better than him.

Was our Mr reliable big minute middle .that allowed the more impact forwards to rotate...in all 3 games he has been used for minimal minutes and 2 stints

Hasn't really provided any impact off the bench.. defence while solid hasn't had any sting at all allowing both PCM and opposition to offload..

Is he carrying injury..?

He's not an impact forward that's for sure.
In attack he runs so upright. Post contact is not good.

He started from the bench in every game bar 1

TBF, he has improved one part of his game, he gets to the ground faster.
