Which would then likely be removed and struck from the record, if she was to amend her statement as you say... also they do a very poor job of monitoring these situations/orders. If damage to property or real aggression in any form was displayed to the police then you can bet they’ll make consequences for him, fair or otherwise.

You don’t seem like the type who should be advocating for trials by media or not having a fair trial - just saying, our legal system protects this in order to ensure permanent damage to someone’s life does not occur without due process.

If he wasn’t physically aggressive and knows a good lawyer or two then I’d say despite what NSW govt. has led you to believe about their proactive approach - there’s a lot of real arseholes out here that are actively pursued and even more that need a bit of justice rather than karma to even the scales. You must know nothing about evidence... just that orders are and will be made on a provisional basis in the mean time.

But most people whether male or female can be shown the right and proper way to go about things if they are given the support and education needed to not re-offend, then hopefully thereafter lead a happy and productive life while at the same time not hurting anyone else.
If the offence they committed was serious enough, sure they have to be punished in a way fitting the offence though.

As good as R.Lui was it always annoyed me the club didnt tear up his contract the first time he did it.Men who assault women should never be a part of our club.I am pleased the club took the action it did and hope that will always be the case in the future.

We saw the video of Josh and that would be considered domestic violence... the verbal stuff.
The rest was dismissed in court I believe... dje to some dishonesty from the woman.

We'll let this one takes it course of action and see how it plays out... or we can just forget about him as he fades into obscurity.
