And his "mate" spun the line that the deal with Manly was nothing like figures being currently talked about.

Who is his "mate?"

Tiga4eva - has become very quiet.

Suspiciously quiet IMO. Noticed something 2 days ago. @tiga4eva when asked by avocadoontoast if Aloiai is leaving, Tiga4eva's response was........"I’m not sure, but I seriously doubt he ***ever wants to pull our jersey on again***. He’s still contracted for 2021".

Curious turn of phrase, strangely prophetic? #ratintheranks?

EDIT: Just noticed @needaname had already made this observation. I was a bit late.

Here's a thought......Maybe @tiga4eva is Josh!!!! Da Na!!!!!!!!!!

His profile shows that he has been here since 2009.
if he had only been here since a lot more recently I would suspect he could possibly be Josh.

No he hasn’t . I remember when he moved across mid season from the eels .

It's sort of funny how we are screaming for Aloiai to honour his 2021 contract and rightly so with the right hand while secretly fist pumping the air should Laurie be able to obtain a release and join us for 2021 with the left..

Not really.

Tigers and Penrith are having discussions about an early release. We did this with Blore.

Manly have not made any approach to Tigers and Aloiai himself didn't announce his intentions until he dropped the bombshell he wants out immediately.

Absolutely poles apart....

Oh no look at his insta story.

Don’t have Insta. What does it say?

It's a photoshop of him mowing a lawn saying he will "I'll make super, It's a super fast track boys"

Childish behaviour

I’d let josh go providing manly agree to take packer or Reynolds and pay their full freight....frees up 2 spots an loads of cash....

How crazy is it that we may have to pay a player 300 thousand dollars to potentially sit on the sidelines and do nothing it’s so insane how much football players earn

In response to Lee saying “he can mow the lawns at Leichhardt and Campbelltown as far as we’re concerned”.

This is what Josh has posted...This is your employer, the guys paying you 350k a year to play a sport most of us can only dream of.

Used to love your passion each game but this has ruined your reputation completely for me.

I hope he does to Manly what he did to WT and his wife. (he has 8 children)

8? That bloke needs a hobby, or a cat.

Sounds like he has a hobby...

Very mature and level headed from josh. Not sure if this is allowed but it needs to be said - what a wanker!

We're trying to get blokes to come here that have contracts for next year elsewhere. Everyone does it, some better than others.

God get it right.
Yes we do it but “With permission” from their existing clubs to negotiate.
Can you get that this is not the case here???

They could negotiate for 2022 17 days ago. It looks like he has agreed and now wants out for next year. Isnt that the same as us signing Lauire for 22 and now he wants out for next year?

What does that even mean?

I think it's a pathetic comeback from Aloiai to Lee H's comment that he can mow the lawns at Campbelltown and Leichhardt if he refuses to play,

Lot less money

Manly Forum showing he actually signed for sure for 2022 for 500k plus, same thing with Laurie I guess waiting to see if release is made before announcing

I know you're a glass half-empty sort of guy but they're not remotely similar. I don't really need to explain do I?
