Anasta grub

Can't stand the bloke….he is a nobody and that's operating him slightly

He played nearly 300 games, won a premiership, represented his state and country. Not bad for a nobody.

I suppose he would know how the club works alright.

The only things that have changed since he left is the coach…..and the CEO...and the COO....and the board....and the coaching staff....and the media team.....and the captain.....and the attitude...Oh hang on a minute, we still have the same jerseys and name, so he must be god-damn accurate and 'in the know'.

I wouldn't mind betting that the mob who cleans the sanitary napkin bins in the ladies toilet at the offices has even changed! (and he'd know about that given it was where he sat down to wee)

I have no doubt his thoughts are what the club was two years ago, but two years is a long time in football.

He's probably more in the know than any of us who are just blind supporters who get upset because we're sensitive to any criticism labeled against our team.

I think my last sentence clears that up. But there isnt too much more he'd know, if anything.

Yeah, but look what happened at the end of last yr. It's a safe assumption not much has changed since he left.

It's not what is being said that is stirring people up it's who is saying it. He probably isn't any more in the know either, it is just assumed he is for some reason because he once had an association with the club at some time. He's a known jerk and if people are telling him things it's probably because they want to cause trouble, and he's only too happy to oblige given his massive levels of butt-hurt over not getting paid…for doing nothing.

If you worked for an employer who didn't pay you would you be ''butt-hurt''? I think anyone would personally. It's human nature. And as far as him repeating what he's been told, he's in the media, it's his job. Maybe the person whose feeding him the info should be the one to keep their mouth shut.

Well said but we will not let facts get in the way…I sometimes think how easy some supporters are led around ..well scope Anasta who by the way is a good mate of Farah states the obvious ...seriously Some here should get a bit more positive and not be influenced by a person who is being feed this rubbish to continue to try and destabilise our club..

Just because it's his job doesn't mean people have to like it…does anyone hold back on parking inspectors? Those poor people don't even have a choice in how they go about doing their jobs and they cop it. He has a choice and he chooses to be take the opportunity to pursue his personal vendettas.

Also, if I put as little effort into a job as he put into playing for the Tigers then no, I would not be heard to complain about not being paid my full wage.

I take it you're not a lawyer, because you would be laughed out of court with that legal defence, ''He didn't earn it''. It doesn't matter what your perception is of whether he earned the money or not, the club were contractually obligated to pay the terms of his contract.

The Club paid Anasta every cent..The money in dispute was a TPA outside of the Club…I'm assuming it settled because after the initial Media reports of him being owed money not a peep has been heard...If he was still owed you would think he would of taken legal recourse...

And they have. Not their fault his BS third party went bad. Not a court in the land that can convict the club on that charge.

Everything aside, you can operate in the media , and be in the know without dumping on people all the time. Professional courtesy means something to most. Its clear he has a vendetta and thatmis unprofessional. It will bite him eventually. And if you trust one person who leaks as if it is gospel, you will eventually sink when they do.

I'm well aware of what the legal position is with employment contracts. Just because people may have legal rights doesn't mean it is necessarily morally right to enforce them.

Exactly. I don't see why a 3rd party agreement is our fault. I also have no idea why he expected to be paid for the output that he gave us.
