I agree he is our best player.not surprised you don't get the subtlety of the issue I'm pointing out.

Look, Api Koroisau IMHO has done great by the club.

Of all our players, Api has done his hardest to earn the jersey and I reckon his workrate is the best of our players.

Should he be Captain?

NO:
Too much going on at Hooker.
Direction should come from the Halves or further back.

Yes:
At hooker he sees "everything" we see how Cameron Smith managed the game from there.
No one else has 'earned it' IMHO. Definately not Bateman.

Klemmer wasn't given the Captiancy at knights for good reason. Bateman rightfully hasn't earned it/de-earned it. ... Scarily the only other experienced players we have are Nofo and Naden, both a "NO WAY".

I can only think of Taane Milne, Teddy, Moses (eventually) and TauPau who actually made it in recent years after leaving the Tigers. Ok Luciano Leulia did OKay at the Cows, no drop but no gangbuster performance.

Ofcourse the JAC, Ryan Paps and earlier... Most of our washups tend to stay, washed up.

True captain - heard the noise about him wanting out and to further show his confidence he re-signed for a further 2 years to get rid of the noise before one of our biggest games of the season.
