Army camp

No. You have been fortunate Jolls. You are a teacher of leaders. Love your posts. If I see another angle I will let you know. I will never disagree. Live and let live. I can't talk for Benji. Until we see leadership. The balloons are nice. Until they burst.

Jahream looking like the MVP of that episode for sure but personally I think we’re about to see an absolute all time season from Fonua Pole. His leadership in that episode plus his performance in the trial…. BEAST !!!
I love how much people are taking from that reality tv episode

How’s it cringeworthy ? If you cringe at this , you have zero idea what forms that bond .
I have a story of something similar to this camp.
We had been away and it had been never ending walking around , and skirmishes, there was a kill village we had to patrol in and out of, so constant attacks etc. ,and stores carries, the usual exercise bullshit to be honest , and then when we thought we were going to return to base/camp , they pulled us up got in formation , jus tiff this road in real long grass ,and we just stayed there for hrs . Silent ! Then it rains , and just buckets down , and everyone is beyond tired , they haven’t showered or had more than 2 hrs sleep in 3 days , it’s muddy now everywhere , we must have stunk like the worst thing you ever smelt … and just at that moment when we were in our absolute misery at like 10 at night, its pouring raining and one bloke goes “it could be worse … could be raining !. And then everyone got the giggles , and 10 minute later we moved out , and all shuffled back to base/ camp . Never had I felt more apart of something, then lying in that filth with those other 9 guys, giggling like a child over that lame joke .
Just a small anecdote , about bond and leadership.
To clarify, content of the camp was amazing and admittedly I could have written that. If we lose a bunch of games I prefer all the talk of why we are going to be better was behind closed doors. I didn't think my post was very complicated.

I am optimistic we will improve and like what I saw from many players, but still have a baked in scepticism of both wests tigers and anything put out by marketing people.

Thanks for sharing your story, again, the experience itself was obviously awesome for the boys and I'm glad we saw it. I want a winning team more than I want anything else from the club.

That was a great watch. I havn't followed our socials for years now but if that's the quality they are pulling out then I'm back on board.
Compare that to tales of tiger town, I hope someone from fox lost their job over that crap.
I think there may have been some from Wests Tigers that eventually did.

This is pretty good to watch , no crap , just good old fashion hard work with mental toughness , this will help these guys out for the season , looking forward to part 2

Benji says “bro” a lot to the players

Is that too “matey” with the players

They see him more as friend than “coach”?

that's a strange take bro. It only matters how they see him if they don't respect him and follow his direction

Really good watch best bit of media to come out of the club in yonks.
I guess we all know why Bula isn't fit for R1 he took a bullet for his team mates, very admirable.
But if you're one of the others and you know Bula has had a shoulder reco one of his mates should
have stepped in and taken the carry.
Guess you can see how much intestinal fortitude Bula has, he's just shown the whole team staff, fans and members he does his talking through actions.
