I like what I see with the team building and effort. I think that will translate to more wins and once it does the momentum will be infectious.
Cannot wait to tonight where I will be out there cheering them on.

No team hypes up their off season like the Wests Tigers, only to fizzle out after about 6 rounds in. God I hope that doesn’t happen again this season. We carry on like we’re the 4 times premiers, not the 3 times wooden spooners. I really wish they would put their heads down, bums up and just get on with it without all the palaver hype and talk. Please just leave it on the field for once.

I enjoyed the vids T but want to see them all over the Knights like (you know what) to a blanket tonight, don't let them breathe and when we get the ball run as hard as they can it's time to stand and deliver.

Yeh, I enjoyed the vids on the leadership training with the insight that it provided. However, the Hope vid with its emotional background music was a bit much.

That 2-part vid, "Thrive or Survive" is up near the top of inspirational sporting teams vids I've seen about any Aussie sporting team - and even more remarkable when compared with the road crash aka "Wild Wests: Tales from Tiger Town."
