Young tennis star Ashleigh Barty returned to where it all began this week. Ashleigh turned from tour pro to coach as she helped out at a school holiday clinic with Jim Joyce at West Brisbane Tennis Centre.

She is currently on top.
She is also 25 and worth close to $50million.

Semi retirement is a great thing for any person to do. Working yourself into the ground is a mugs game. She can now enjoy her next 60 years or so of life without huge stress and struggles. She has skipped the constant injuries that happen to athletes as you get older. She can give back to the sport and help new generations come through. She can travel without being on a nutritional, training and workout schedule. She can explore other passions in her life.
I envy her position and congratulate her decision. Bravo!
