I have never seen the kid play , but as many say the Roosters don't lose players they want to keep and they are releasing him for someone who is over the hill for maybe 10 weeks

Hope he is our next superstar in saying that

Remember that we now have the Roosters recruitment guy. They can't keep everyone.

I agree. Unfortunate he never lived up to his potential maybe he will get picked up by someone else

He was already signed by us for next year, we tried to get him this year and chooks said no, SBW appears and the Chooks swap a young outside back yet to make his debut for a guy on $5m a year

Yeah I agree sometimes all a player needs Is a chance in first grade. Seems like Madge would rather sign his own young fellas instead though which is fair enough

Our scouting of young players recently has been very good. We have the added bonus of the former. Roosters' recruitment officer at our club. This young man looks like a winner.

Huge upgrade on Thomson imo...taller, faster and stronger whilst also being a lot younger. Glad to sign him as our utility back option. He’s got some slick hands on him too but was never going to dethrone teddy. If we can snag sabb next year with Jennings going we’ll have some quality back 5 options

nobody wants to take Hall of their hands. He's stuck on their books until his contract is up or they pay him out
