To be fair we have a 35 yr old Benji on 200k and he is almost leading the Dally Ms, given SBW is only available for 25% of the season then 50k is about comparable

Think I like from his highlights is the smart play with the ball in his hands. The little tap back, the show and go, the cut out ball, short ball. He has some skills, let’s hope he makes the cut.

Roosters rarely put a foot wrong (apart from being compulsive cheats) so I really don’t understand letting a young hopeful go for an old bloke who hasn’t played NRL for 6 years. And only for a few games. Wrong move imo.

Yeah Ben Te'o hasn't been doing much for the Broncos, I can see SBW performing similarly to or worse than him. Not much upside there on the field, more of a marketing exercise and locker room move.

Its going to be tough for SBW what he's 35 ish been out of the NRL for 4/5 years the game hasn't got any slower I would say the players a much better athletes and will be looking for SBW as classy as he is (was) its not going to be easy
