Roosters rarely put a foot wrong (apart from being compulsive cheats) so I really don’t understand letting a young hopeful go for an old bloke who hasn’t played NRL for 6 years. And only for a few games. Wrong move imo.

Yeah Ben Te'o hasn't been doing much for the Broncos, I can see SBW performing similarly to or worse than him. Not much upside there on the field, more of a marketing exercise and locker room move.

Teo is playing in a very ordinary team at the moment, the Roosters are far from ordinary.. I’m sure money bill’s form will pick up in a winning environment.

Only thing that concerns me me is his highlights reel was very Jennings esque. Diving over from 5m out.
Does he actually have any pace. Ability to step, bat on the ball etc? From reports he does, but I can't say I recall seeing him in CC nor has he had any big wraps on him as a future star for the chooks.
Let's hope he's not Chance Peni...

Yeah but Bradley took an intercept and ran 90m last year but I wouldn't exactly call him fast.. Above average perhaps. This kid looked as fast Doueihi from those highlights. How fast were the guys chasing him? Is he quick over 20, 50 or 100? Etc we need pace greater than what we currently have. He may be, we just don't know yet.

Unfortunately we're unlikely to get a look at him ourselves this season with no lower grades.

Our Football manager is likely to have recruited him. I think he is going to be good for us and we have had some good smsrt buys which is a change from a few years back.
