Aus V NZ and City v Country *SPOILERS*

Farah did nothing to help himself though

All of our players did very little tonite, Bryce was good early, did nothing later.

Lawrence was the best of the lot, handled that big kid from the dogs with ease

Marshall left everything too late.

Kilo did bugger all

Minichello (Anthony) gets penalised for running into City fullback Lachlan Coote in a kick-chase and knocking him off the ball. One of the idiot commentators says 'he just ran straight at the fullback'. Not one of them points out that he did the exact same thing to Beau Ryan last Sunday, didn't get penalised and was rewarded with a win.

I think channel 9 may have reached new lows with the commentary team on the City/Country game.

weren't they on the same team, or did Mini run into Dugan?

I thought Lawrence was quiet and Galloway stepped up.

Would anyone else be tempted to throw Josh Dugan into the origin arena this year? The kid is tougher than a $2 steak in defence and is very strong in offence. I'd prefer him at fullback to Gidley.

1\. Dugan
2\. Hayne
3\. Lyon
4\. Jennings
5\. Brett Morris

Lawrence got no ball in the first half though It was pretty even with him and Idris….

Galloway's desire to offload was good too...

Ennis on the back off Kimmorley overshadowed Farah....

Gibbsy was good but Snowden was better...

Good clash even with all the drop ball....

It's pretty obvious from JT and Freddy's comments Origin 1 side has already been picked....

Oh Well...........no injuries reported to Wests Tigers players so I'm happy....

A big fat yes from me.

Gidley is the most overrated player running around, along with Ennis and Dean Young.

Looks like Jason Taylor loves Ennis even more then Daley.

Ennis blatantly takes out Coote from a Farah grubber, Taylor says its an Origin try saving play.

Ennis then puts an ordinary grubber into touch, Taylor says how Ennis reads the game so well.

No mate that was an origin kick…see Ennis new City would drop the ball and Country would score on the next set....Origin play....JT you goose...

Exactly what I thought Geo, Ennis can have his blues jersery for now! Common sense has to prevail in the end! You would think?

When we lose the first two games he'll get dropped, along with half the side.

I thought both Farah and Ennis were ordinary, Ennis got the two assist but they were both down to poor defence. Farah standing to close to the play the ball every time, he needs to take a step (forward) before picking the ball up so he can assess his options.

Dugan had a blinder and should be fullback over gidley and hayne.

Carney had a lot of impact.

Greg Bird was absolute rubbish.

Farah often tries to do too much when it's not needed and turns the ball over (e.g. that pass over the sideline - that was a typical Wests Tigers play). Tackles still up his sleeve and he pushes it when it wasn't on. Marshall has the same problems.

Even just basic sets coming out of his own lines Farah seems to do things (short passes, inside balls etc.) that cause his forwards to drop the ball.

In saying that I will never knock him for trying, he had two young halves and was captain so it was his duty to steer the side around. Compare this to Ennis - it took him 30 minutes to engage the markers from dummy half and he did it TWICE all game. Country were getting belted for the first 20 and as usual Ennis was no where to be seen - just stands and passes, has no impact on a game and doesn't try to have any. You only notice him when his team is winning the arm wrestle, but he is never the player who is making the difference, just profiting off others work.

God Joel Reddy is a bog ordinary hack. He was directly responsible for at least 2 trys.

I will go on record now in saying that if Dean Young is picked for Origin they can shove this years series where the sun don't shine because I will not be watching at all

Must be the way they're Coached….

I know you're trying to be sarcastic, but it probably is.

No mate …the last 3 weeks watching Farah and Marshall is exactly what you say...pushed passes wrong options leaving things to the last minte etc...

It's really doing my head in...

They carried their Wests Tigers form into Rep Duty...

When Benji got two wide he looked good and turned it on 2 little 2 late but....

I thought Farah and Ennis both had below average games - Robbie started well but with 2 halves who were way out of their depth and some fumbling forwards who would be lucky to catch a balloon his game just seemed to fall apart.
