It does NOT keep the old people happy just a very few of them, many of us do not see any logical reason for their existence at that level.
When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful
A miracle, oh, it was beautiful, magical
And all the birds in the trees, well they'd be singing so happily
(Except maybe the magpies) ...

Peeps yearning for the glory days of 2017 ...
Back when Wests Tigers were ‘logical’ 👇

I was being amusing. I am, after all, the funniest person I’ve ever met. The only branding I support is Wests Tigers. The reggies Magpies should be branded Wests Tigers for consistency, given they are formed from Balmain, Wests and several other pathways programs.
Flash...calling the Magpies "bin chickens" is bold, like showing up to a game of chess with Hungry Hungry Hippos.

Let's be honest, if the Magpie is a bin chicken, then the Tiger must be the bloke rummaging through the bins looking for his premiership rings.
One's a survivor, the other is still searching for relevance.

But hey, if you want to hand out nicknames based on scavenging, I'd argue the Magpies are just reclaiming what's theirs...history, pride, and a decent share of the JV.

So, flap on friend, as the feathers you're trying to ruffle belong to a bird that's been flying high since 1908.

Who are these "NSW bin chickens" you are referring to?
I hope it's not Wests Magpies.

Edit...I now realise it is the Wests Magpies you were disrespectfully referring to, after reading your post#140.

Flash089, calling the Wests Magpies "bin chickens" isn't just disrespectful, it's also a lazy way to communicate.
The Magpie is a proud symbol with deep roots in western Sydney RL, not some scavenger stereotype.

If you're trying to score points with cheap shots,
you're only undermining the legacy of a foundation club that helped build the game you claim to support.

You don't have to like the Magpies but at least show some respect.

If this kind of commentary continues, I'll have to keep the balance by showing respect and pride for the Magpies, whether it ruffles feathers or not.
Mate i was a Balmain many years ago but have the utmost respect for Wests Magpies as well .I know Wests are the majority stake holder in the jv , i say we will always remember where we come from however we are the Wests Tigers now so let’s embrace that

Based on your words - What do you believe is required for the Magpies to reclaim a decent share of the JV?
