as wests don't have any of note

It really is a joke now, they've had how long to organise themselves? :brick:.
Unless there very close in closing out a deal with someone? otherwise it's a nothing extension.

@Harvey said:I think your scenario is a little bit off what actually happened. Imagine a man and a woman get married and both come into the relationship with a house. They don't want to live in each others house, and so buy a 3rd that will be "their" house. The wife then sells her house without the knowledge of the husband, and invests the profits in a dodgy pyramid scheme that was promoted by a scheming ex, and borrows more money to continue to invest in "their" house. Eventually the house of cards collapses and she can no longer afford to pay her share of "their" house. The husband takes on the debts and pays them off, and continues to invest in their relationship.
The alternative is a messy divorce, where she takes her share of "their" house which doesn't even pay off the debts created by her poor decisions.
I will lay money that the Campbelltown clubs (they also own a tennis club and 2 golf clubs) are turning at least 3 times the profit of the Balmain clubs.

Who was that guy on the forum a while ago who used to post a lot about Potter and always used the cheesy saying "blaming the fireman not the arsonist?" He'll always be the forum's premier analogy expert to me.

Things change I guess. You either get onboard and accept or spend the remainder of your winters being a whinny nut bag like some folk have been in this toasty bread.
I get the 10 year extension from a buisness perspective but God I don't look forward to a decade of these style conversations. It's actually a little cruel to the Balmain diehards cause it gives hope in a situation that has none.
