Just a good news update on this.

PowerBalance in the United States has just been forced to repay a total of $75mil to every customer who bought the band and wants a full refund. They have filed for some special form of bankruptcy

so the new Powerbalance bands will be re-branded "Bank of America Merrill Lynch Bands" :mrgreen:

mate, not really.
The sad thing out of all of this is that it was already established BEFOREHAND that it was a scam (and has since been ruled so by both the USA courts and the ACCC here) yet our club plus Benji (and others) decided to enter into an agreement with them.

The slightest bit of research should have sent alarm bells off at Concord. Hopefully more due diligence has been conducted with subsequent sponsorship agreements.

Now we must turn the fight to the NRG Ion Bands
