There has been a culture change in the media, now it is often women being commentators, reporters etc. that a lot of guys are not used to. I prefer guys commentating on male games and females on female games in all sports. They should not be sending females in male dressing rooms, surely they can stay outside the door. Do we see males reporters going into female dressing rooms? If the present mix-mix continues then the males should be professional in their attitude to fellow professionals when being interviewed etc but both male sportsmen and female commentators should not be in this position. A female reporter could easily give the wrong signal if they admire a real hunk almost nude. But the guy would not be complaining like the females complain.

Man, your opinion belongs in the dark ages. EEO irrespective of gender, religion, culture, sexuality? It's been around for decades.

Frankly, I think a lot of female commentators are just making general comments, example on league, and not really into it, whereas having an ex-expert player as commentator they can educate us etc and give us more understanding. That's what I miss. I think have females for female games to give them equal opportunity and it fits the sexuality of that game. Would a male commentator complain if a hot female sports person gave him a wink and wobble in the dressing shed - I doubt it. Give the guys a break.

Its always interesting though to see such a broad range of peoples morals, ethics, call it what you will....when an incident like this occurs....but then again its always on display at the games as well.
Its amusing when corp box guests that usually are more at home on the hill are suddenly right next to the reserve seated season ticket holder...sometimes the behaviours of some dont sit too well with others.

Dont think anyone has said it is anyone else's fault except Pearce's and as far as I can see he is the only one being held accountable for it. But do we really want to live in a society that allows such an invasion of someone's privacy no matter how distasteful some may find their actions, for monetary purposes if they a have a profile, or just for humiliation sake if they dont?If the person who filmed that was so appalled by his behaviour and wanted action taken against him they could have contacted the club and the NRL both. But Current Affair and the Telegraph - there can be only one motivation for that and what a valuable little piece of video it proved to be.

I don't choose to laugh off my mistakes and not improve my behaviour. It is possible to get wasted and have a good time without harassing people, urinating on yourself or the property of others or trying to hump a dog. If that's too much for some people maybe they need rehab, nor footy.

My last words on the subject,I worked for forty odd years for a major Australian company and wore a company issued uniform,in the early days it was a matter of taking off your ID card and tie and you could do anything and it was kosher,and we did, but this all changed as the years went on and the past 15 years the company took a zero tolerance approach to any bad behaviour 24/7.

Now young Mitch is either brain dead or just stupid if he thinks he is bullet proof,there are people preying on blokes like Pearce to make a arse of themself and unlike the bloke who stands for 12hours a day at the airport hopping to get a snap of a plane crash to make a dollar,following a bloke Junior-junior when he is on the piss is like backing Phar Lap in the Gosford Cup. Add to the fact he a second time offender, he needs a massive rocket.

The people I feel sorry for are his Mum and Dad,sister and people in the NRL who have supported him only to be let down. Anyway I suppose the kid must be doing it tough now and will for a long time,but how many chances do you give a mug

You haven't seen the posts or news feeds about how this camerman 'sold' his video and that was wrong and immoral, or how this is wrong to share the video because it was in private etc etc? Some definitely trying to set up a case for shared blame. Me thinks not.

I know for a fact there has been many more incidents with this guy that have been swept under the rug.
