He may turn out to be an average player but I believe you only have to look at the improvement of Blair since being shifted to the front row rotation. I thought he was just lazy and dogging it in the backrow but now, looking at how everyone bar Fults (who is a playmaker most of the time) has looked average on our fringes
Gareth Ellis and Todd Payten never looked average , and in reality not much has changed at the Tigers since those days ,essentially apart from Lui we have the same playing personnel in many key positions
