Can We Beat Panthers ??

Would not put stolen money on our mob , their will be effort but I can't see where the points will come from, they are a rabble with the ball and a shambles when defending

I'm always super confident and positive on Thursdays but by Sunday I'll be a nervous wreck. Ahh the joys of being a Wests Tigers fan!!!!

There will be glimpses, yet again of us getting things right and then there will be moments where we will shoot ourselves in the foot and lose the game for us. I'm sorry to say but it will be just like the previous weeks where we'll look good in patches and absolutely horrible in others. Panthers, at their home ground, after they were beaten 30 zip last round. Ivan Cleary is a very good coach and will have them all playing out of their skin. It hurts to say it, but we won't win this one.

I agree with Spartan we will win on Sunday & it will be the start of a winnig run that will get us back into the eight, as this is about the best team we can field with the players we have out & its our strongest bench.

I just watched the last time we played Penrith and Robbie was everywhere, he plays like he did then, we'll breeze past Penrith. Fingers Crossed

We certainly can beat the Panthers, TR4L, whether we will is another question. How's that for fence sitting

Panthers Michael Jennings (pectoral), Kevin Kingston (elbow) and Etu Uaisele have all been ruled out. David Simmons has been dropped. Brad Tighe will replace Jennings. Sandor Earl replaces Uaisele. Nafe Seluini replaces Kingston. Blake Austin moves to five-eighth with Travis Burns moving to the bench. A replacement for Simmons has not been decided on. Matt Groat is not expected to play.

thats the late mail on our game…. come on boys. If its not this week we never will

Bit of a blow for Penrith if true. They're facing 7 straight losses at home though, so they'll be just as desperate as the Tigers.

Food for thought.

The last time Penrith had such a poor run at home before now was 1980, when guys such as Tim Sheens, Royce Simmons and Darryl Brohman starred for the Panthers in their 2 wins for the entire season
