How it’s supposed to happen is the player manager is looking for new deals with clubs for their players, club offers x amount for the player, player manager rings around businesses, agencies etc within the area, internationally or globally really it doesn’t matter. (For instance if Nike want a player to feature in their new football boots promos and sign on a player that would be a 3rd Party deal providing there is no sponsorship connection to the club. That is ok. (Think Billy Slater on the Banana advertisements).
How it usually happens… manager looks to sign a player with a club, club says we’ll offer x amount but speak with x and see if he can help you out to make up the difference.

Got you, I just always found it funny certain clubs found 3rd party deals mysteriously and magically just as they needed them. So it's supposed to be the manager who arranges these things.

We’ve had much better injury updates this year than previous years.

Ask the boss was a joke and I’m glad it’s gone. The podcast thing is much better.

Someone liked Ask the Boss?! All I remember was people talking about Pascoe's hair and criticising him for making it all about him.

I also remember a lot of complaints about the leaks out of the club but now it is too quiet for some.

I read today we had the opportunity to bring in Kristin Woolf as an assistant for benji... But benji didn't wanna bar of it
Woolf has over 20 years coaching experience, won multiple comps in England.. Coached Tonga etc etc
He'd probably know a thing or two more than Marshall Farah and j-mo combined
