Pretty slim pickings out there, especially considering any near off contract marquee/genuine first graders will be looking to make bank with contracts for 27 and 28 from the Bears and PNG coming in. Richo had better be working some magic for the Tigers on the low down and not just looking for his next job.

Its getting pretty worrying when by mid season you are 3 players short for current year and 8 players short for the next season with not a signing in sight.

I’ll give Richo the benefit of the doubt that those NRLW signings weren't the ones he was referring to on the podcast and my gut tells me they probably weren’t.

No disrespect to the NRLW team and all 5 of their fans but I’ll say what most on here won’t say: very few to no one gives a shit about their signings, especially when we’re in a real fight for the top 8 for the first time in over a a decade and are in desperate need of reinforcements outside the club.

Yep I listened to that when it came out and it does sounds like it’s for our first grade men’s team and there’s been too many whispers about the likes of KPP and May. But it’s been a month since then although maybe the Galvin stuff has forced us to push the news back a bit.

I guess I’m too used to being Pita Godineted by Pascoe but I trust Richo.

Yes just nervous at the moment but if nothing is announced by the end of the week or after Galvin finalisation then panic will start to happen.

IMO I think he wants to put this Galvin rubbish to bed first and then announce players signings. This way the media won't have as much to put on us and also puts the club on a high. (at least I hope so anyway)

In an ideal world the team put up a performance to be proud of against NQ and then we get some good news in recruitment. Wouldn’t be very Wests Tigers though.
