C'mon weststigers...1908 Magpies...seriously? no!

I see it as Wests Tigers...a JV built on 2 proud histories.
But when many people on here are calling for all our teams to be playing in Wests Tigers colours, it erases the Magpies identity.

"What more do you want"...more visible recognition of Wests Magpies black and white colours that reflect one half of this JV.

Both foundation clubs may be gone in name from the NRL, but their legacies live on...and that should be honoured, not diluted.

Mate they play in a predominantly black strip most of the time. What do you mean? I think that's why people struggle to come to your way of thinking.

Do you want them to play in black and white with zero orange? I don't really understand.

Wests exist in NSW Cup solely for Wests tragics. The right thing to do is become one club from reserve grade. I could kind of understand when Balmain was in NSW cup because we could hoarde juniors, but it makes no sense if we just have one team representing the NRL team.

If you look deep down, nothing you suggest is for the betterment of the club. It is just to satisfy your own self interest.

And I'm glad I responded to him rather than you, as I have more respect for him than I do for you.

If engaging with facts and calling for fair recognition stirs the pot, maybe the issue isn't my suggestions, but the discomfort those facts bring.

I'm here to honour the Magpies legacy, not to appease anyone's narrative.

So, if you find it impossible to stick to substance in future rather than throwing shade and veiled accusations, I'll be putting you back on ignore.

Please get away from who or who doesn't own 90%, if Western Suburbs owns 90% or if Balmain owned 90% or even if Harry owned 90% it's not relevant to the past history, it's what’s best right here, right now for the Wests Tigers and the future of the Wests Tigers, not what’s best for the Western Suburbs Magpies or what’s best for the Balmain Tigers, both are memories and is where they should remain, a fond memory that should be remembered occasionally.

The WESTS TIGERS, a team represented by a tiger emblem and mascot, orange, black and white colours (or black, white and orange if you prefer), diehard fans of both FORMER clubs together with new fans and long term success, that's what is relevant today, not which side of the JV gets bragging rights.

Pot calling the kettle black mate. You said you want Wests Magpies colours on the jersey. How are the Wests Magpies under represented on the jersey? I'm not even having a go at you, I an genuinely confused.

NSW Cup exists solely for Wests Tragic's according to weststigers.
And to me that dismisses an entire history and current pathway program that continues to contribute to our club's future.
That's not sentimentality...it's stewardship.

And as for self-interest?
Wanting balanced representation, visible black and white colours, and genuine respect for Wests legacy isn't about me...it's about upholding the joint venture in both spirit and structure.

If recognising one half of our foundation makes people uncomfortable, maybe that tells us something about where the imbalance truly lies.

I’m with TSP on this one,
I was born in Balmain Hospital 63 years ago and as long as I can remember I have supported the Tigers and my best mate from 16 years old to today has always supported Wests (Magpies)
For him and others like him I would like to see the team play in a Wests Heritage jumper (with a Tiger on the sleeve) when they play out at Campbelltown.

Not too much to ask just look at some of the jumpers (colours) that other teams wear at times.

Example the chocolate soldiers (Penrith) wearing pink 🤷‍♂️

He said both Western Suburbs and Balmain died ‘at NRL level’.
He’s correct.
