Good edge forward we need as it's become a real specialist position. He is on 400k which is a low salary for a starting player under a 9m cap. Really astute buy no origin player anymore but solid.

Lucky he is signed for next year and onwards right.

Having the opportunity to play for his country under Wayne Bennett will be great for him and us in the future.

He will be playing at Campbelltown next week against Samoa so hopefully the locals get behind him.

Reckon Cleary just won't him on one edge and Lawrence on the on the other. Cleary just wants to simplify game plans and offer more protection to Brooks
Can play quite wide in defense because of his early speed should push Brooks a long way out in defense improving his confidence.
Good cover for someone like Johnson if we get him too.

Cleary is putting a lot of thought into thus and is loving it.

Had a solid game today, leg drive and defence was fine. Was grabbing his shoulder after halftime but stayed on.

McQueen is a very underrated player will take Brooks' game to another level. Runs great lines with speed and is very strong and good lateral movement in defence.
Rowdy will be a bench player next year and offer good impact.

Brooks was looking for someone to run a line 10-20m out multiple times and no one would step up.

McQueen runs those line consistently.

Agree a good signing too much negativity on this forum. Let's judge the team 6 to 8 weeks into next year. I'm sure we will at least be a very very competitive team next year that will be worth watching every week rather than once a month

There's no way that the team will be given 6 to 8 weeks before the pitchforks, flares and ropes come out on this forum.
