Ink you are spot on.
There is no way on Earth my 4 year old son would of put that lego set together, I blame my old lady for that though. She got him to point out what he wanted at the shops but she got him a Lego set that the box said 9-14 years of age.
The days of building lego with your imagination is gone they market the pieces so you continue to by the product.

I also spent way too much time assembling the many hundreds of pieces to make a fire station set of three, all the while cursing my sister that got the bloody thing for him.

Lying in various sized sections on the floor as I type, and doubt they will ever be whole again. About to take a photo and send to my his aunty, who should have known better.
