Clean the lot out!

I think we need to avoid a clean out and work with what we have and bring the best out of those people including our roster.

The reality is, we came pretty close last year and we had a lot of disruption with the Farah drama. Pressure does strange things in big organisations and I'm sure everyone at the Tigers is looking to point the finger at someone to shift blame off themselves.

If we start winning football games, all this rubbish will stop.

Get the right coach and give him the power he needs to run the side and run recruitment. This year is salvageable if we can get the right mentor for these guys.

Next year, we only have 8/25 signed, so we have plenty of money to spend on our roster.

In saying all that, Marina Go needs to get the chop. To walk up to a league legend and current NSW in Laurie Daley and not know who he is is unforgivable.

There is differing views here what difference does it make that Ms Go did not know Daley .. Henry Ford had no idea how to build a car just saying!

We need is a Spanish inquision. Let's burn some people at the stake, players board members and then we can commence another rebuild. we have been rebuilt so many times I think we are like the smash up derby cars I used to have as a child.

Meh, I tend to agree, we do need a clean out.

I wouldn't get rid of absolutely everyone though.

If next week the club tells three quarters of the first grade team that they are not wanted for 2018 what will be their performance for the rest of the 2017 season? Negative, I venture to say. It's like the common situation in the workforce, staff who are told they will be laid off in a few weeks will immediately begin to slacken off.

The NRL should buy back the license and put the brand in the hands of custodians that would treat it with the respect it deserves

It is close to this. And such a shame.

At least then we would be free of ALL that have devalued OUR brand and we can then rebuild OUR club, so many fans lost walked away because of amateur hour run by people who put self interest before Wests Tigers.

The worst part about this whole set up is members have no rights… we have no say.... no opportunity to have a voice..... if only we had voting rights to elect a representative who represents the members....

We have to accept what they want to dish up..... the only say we have is whether to spend our money and I'd say many have walked away.... its time for real change to happen... enough is enough....

It's not a bad idea however, we then risk being relocated.

Is it not better to relocate if thats the case than watching the rubbish we have to deal with year in year out… as it stands now we have no real home we are nomads... how after all this time we dont have a club house where we can get together and share the clubs history... we dont need poker machines... we need to build our history led by people who want Wests Tigers to succeed NOT by imposters who devalue our brand...

I want all those things but no move. I would only ever support a move if we were facing the axe and even then my interest would drop significantly.

I would move and travel to games if it meant we had a real club and something our kids will want to support. The future. For those that have given up weekends and tears for so long it is a crying shame to be a supporter and a member right now. And we don't really have a finger to point at.

They would pick their backsides up and perform. They will all be playing for a contract.

Mate…I don't want to give you a history lesson here, but Henry Ford did know how to build a car and he did just that. Was he the inventor of the car? No, but he is heralded with developing a vehicle and a method of production (the assembly line) that would make it affordable to the masses....just saying.

In relation to Marina Go, it does make a difference because I correlate it to a working environment. If your manager is making decisions that affect you, but that manager has no experience in your industry, then you'd be asking some questions as to their suitability.

In saying the above, if she came here and made wonderful changes and all was rosy, I'd be marching to a different tune, but my opinion is that she's just a stooge that Dave Smith put there because "we need more women in our game". There were plenty of HIGHLY qualified people that missed out on her gig and it's not right.

Yep.
Also have to ask Mrs Go if she is passionate about the sport. I doubt she is and that alone makes her unsuitable for the role.
We need board members who have a passion for the game and club. Not just a token position for equality.

Form even recent memory I remember dark Balmain days of the 90's when we had the most terrible roster.
And when Alan Jones was at the helm.
And when Terry Lamb was made coach.
And when Craig Field corrupted us.
And when Prince left (that was really the beginning of the end).
The Sheens saga.
And when Benji left.

This period saw the Farah debacle and Simona-gate, but JTs sacking can be seen as nothing less than a really positive move.
This is definitely not our worst period.

Just get a proper coach now.

Don't forget Hoppa's bum poking fun day at Townsville - has to be the lowest point in our short history

It was even lower being in a sponsors box in Townsville Flip

The simple solution is to break the merger - Balmain to WA and Wests to Campbelltown then all of the politics will be over. However, that will not happen so all we will see is both clubs going down the s-bend when the merger ultimately fails with Aerial Ping Pong and soccer taking over.

I've brought this up a couple of times as I've felt that we have no future in Sydney for WTs.
We have no home , and travel to Three grounds for home games and I honestly doubt that the nrl will keep letting us be the basket case thay most believe that we've become. Sooner or later someone's going to move of turn up their toes.

Every time it comes up , the fact that we can't go round the corner to watch our hone games if we relocate, comes up too.
Some can't see that it's better to see the games that they would play in Sydney live , and watch their games wherever they locate to on TV. Rather than maybe having no WTs at all

The west is completely open to a team that will go there. And as I've said before, I think that it's our only chance
It's getting obvious again, that we are a minnow club unfortunately, And if we don't do something different we will be eaten up and spat out. The League is not going to keep copping this from us for ever. We need to wake up.

What we are, and what we do is not working. And most likely never going to work, and we need to reinvent the club before there is more remodelling of the NRL
I m not having a go at anyone with this, just looking at a reality that no one would like,
But is there.
Ask yourselves ,if you were on the board of the NRL would you want such a dysfunctional club to keep imploding as much as we do ?????
