Cleary - One Home Ground..

Too gutless to make the call.

I really think it’s time to make that call. Mate I’m unashamedly a Leichhardt fan but really, let’s just find a home that makes us money AND MORE IMPORTANTLY helps us win games

Bite the bullet.
If fans walk they aren't Weststigers fans… They're Cambo or LO fans.
Bite the bullet
Do it Pascoe

Pascoe was going to get us one home ground when he came here, Cleary wants one home ground.
Good management makes the right call even if it's not popular. We don't have good managenent.

It is Interesting that Pascoe mentioned both grounds are owned by the one entity. Im thinking they'll work out a deal to keep the 4 game commitment but try and shift it to WSS. Sounds like the idea of WSS is something Pascoe is really keen on getting over the line. You'd think we would keep the Easter Monday game at ANZ.
I don't see anyneed for more than 2 games a piece at the suburban grounds if we secure a first class stadium as our main home ground. 6 to 8 games out of one stadium should be the goal.

Who cares if the Maggies die hards lob up chuck a few bucks at the club to watch ISP and take off afterward?

Yeah I couldn't care less if they pay and leave before 1st Grade thanks for the contribution me thinks

I for one don't have any interest in watching the Maggies before 1st Grade and usually I'm at a Pub near by and 20 minutes before kick off make my way to the ground can't cheer for colour's I've never cheered for before….pretty stupid how we are not Wests Tigers colours in Reserves.

Pot and kettle - hands up all those avid supporters who refuse to watch WT ISP side because they are called Wests Magpies.

What makes you think that Ex Balmain supporters would want to watch and cheer a Magpie side going around before 1st Grade? Isn't it Wests Tigers now ?
It doesn't do anything for me if it does for you and everyone else i'm stoked.

I'd only have 1 game a piece at LO and CSS. Its unfortunate that we don't get to play the big games at either of these venues and to me they lose their appeal playing out of Sydney teams. The club has never really shown much commitment to the South West and it shows in the lack of interest by the community there so dropping CSS all together is a realistic option.

What is popular isnt always RIGHT…...What is right isnt always POPULAR.....

Theres needs to be a desicion made ....the sooner the better.....

BUT IT NEEDS TO BE MADE.....

13k shouldn't be regarded as a big crowd and 18k isn't huge.

I’ve voiced before that I’d prefer all our teams to be Wests Tigers. But not because of my Balmain roots, but because I think it’s a stap backwards. We are a united Wests Tigers community and everything should be aimed at strengthening that.
But to put the record straight - I’ll be there at 11.45am tomorrow and I’ll be supporting the Magpies with the same passion as if they were called Tigers. They are our ISP team no matter what they’re called.

can u imagine Manchester united playing home games all over the country, not a chance in hell. lets face facts the tigers play there best football at leichhardt, so the problem is car parking and corporate areas, have the club ever done a study on how to fix this problem or has it just been put in the 2 hard basket. at the end of the day if the tigers are winning there would be 20 odd thousand there every game and thats like and extra player to the team.

Do they play out of an 18k ground with 1980's facilities?
