Catch-22 right? You need on-field success to truly be stable, but you can't be successful without off-field stability.

The board needs to be quality aswell as stable. And with no members to vote them in or out you can end up with non performers on the board for years.

But I would say we do look a hell of a lot stronger off the field these days re memberships,direction etc.
