Least none of our leaders have been criminally negligent in their handling, like one buffoon who will be out of a job in a little over a week.

They are still trying to get rid of him before then.

That wont happen no matter how much he deserves it

If they don’t then he’ll be back to further divide America. I’m not sure the U.S. Congress has any other choice but to try, however lack of time may win out.

I don't think time will save him, there is talk that they will impeach him once Biden has had time to settle in as president which if successful will prevent him holding any office in the future.

You cant impeach someone not in political office. You could charge him criminally or civilly, but a much higher burden of proof required.

My reading of that report is he would be impeached by the House prior to Biden coming into power but the Senate hearings would be after Bidens 100 days. That would be technically possible but the only penalty would be prevention of running again.......lets leave it for the politics thread

Channel 10 News issues a NSW Health alert for any returned oseas travellers who were quarantined in Qld to immediately self isolate for 14 days and contact NSW Health asap.

This alert is associated with what has happened in Qld today.

Queensland hospitals are for Queenslanders
It seems Queenland quarantine stuff ups are for Aust.

Of course he will. He won fairly, and he will take office.

I hope that our CMO Paul Kelly knows better than his namesake MP Craig Kelly and some stuff posted on here after stating that there is “no evidence” that Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective) is useful in combatting Covid-19, plus he did not want to give credence “to views that I just don’t agree with and are not scientifically based”.

Craig Kelly is arguably the dumbest politician in Australia. Whether it's climate science, vaccines, whatever - you can count on him to talk absolute rubbish.

Yeah, we can certainly agree that Craig the captain's pick is up there on that list, though I was posting more in regard to the CMO's opinions on the efficacy of Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective) with Covid 19, which was a hot topic in this thread.

Genuinely havent seen his opinions on the efficacy of Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective), what are they?

How well do they align with https://c19ivermectin.com/?

Edit: I have re-read your post and think I can parse his opinion and the answer to my question.

I still have no great opinion on it, having only perused some of that on here and been put off by the researcher on the original video, so probably should look past that. Might look further into it and in the meantime, relying on officials here and abroad.

The efficacy of the vaccines are interesting. My initial thought was stuff the Oxford vaccine with 60% efficacy but I heard an immunologist talking today and the undercurrent was that the Oxford vaccine may stop people getting the virus bad.

We need to get to herd immunity though and personally I think the government should just purchase more of the 90%+ vaccines.
