I reckon now with the fact that COVID 0 is not possible in NSW I think it will unrealistic for it to be 0 for the other states apart from Tasmania. I fear the states may not be united for much longer and there may permanently be a border between NSW and the other states now. Feels like every state for itself and it may stay that way.
