I have no desire to engage with you on anything and I certain I will not learn anything from you.

I think we agree on this point. You learn from quality sources like the horse podcast which posts such great information it leads to people dying from not taking the vaccine and gets pulled down from YouTube for being disinformation. You don't follow the health advice.

I'll put you on ignore again. That will be a good day.

I hope you get to watch your horse podcast again. Great stuff ! When I say great stuff I mean hilarious stuff.

Conclusions:

Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective). Using Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective) early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that Ivermectin (a drug which the clinical evidence shows is not statistically effective) is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.

I don’t think this is the best thing for any country with access to the vaccine. It’s more something that could really help the developing countries who can’t get access to vaccines.

This is my policy conclusion from listening to information about this. If someone has better information I’d love to see it.

Cut the nonsense.

Mate, I am more than keen on doing so. I have no need to engage with this bloke. If he has the courage of convictions and integrity to address his lies about me posting that vaccines dont work, Im happy to leave the bloke be until the next time he posts lies or misinformation at which time Im simply post the data that refutes it.

This back and forth needs to stop now, it is derailing the thread.

Might have to ban me mate.

I am VERY happy to leave Earl be, I have no desire to engage with someone like that. I do expect him to acknowledge that I never stated that vaccines dont work and if he had any integrity he'd apologise.

Earl has made it pretty clear here who he is.

A big thank you to all our health care professionals looking after all the Covid patients. Many seem to forget you put your own health and lives at risk everyday. I'll do my bit by washing my hands, keeping a distance, wearing a mask and staying safe at home.

I still remember the crew of the Ruby Princess with the thank you Illawarra banner on the stern.

My wife is a frontline health worker, it is tough at the moment. She is coming home stressed, worried and in tears most days. She isn't directly on a covid ward but works in rehab with a lot of vunerable patients so is feeling the strain of providing them with the service they need while protecting them from the virus in a hospital that has multiple outbreaks. The resources are definitely strained already and will only get worse as numbers rise.

I can understand the desire to close this thread with what is going on,but the fact is this thread should be a good source of information as well as a place for people to discuss such an important issue.

If you really want to learn something I'm happy to engage but no more nonsense from you. I've caught you out and no offense but it's just stupid.

I have no desire to engage with you on anything and I certain I will not learn anything from you. You havent caught me out on anything and I have very clearly demonstrated to everyone here what is correct and everyone here can clearly see how things are.

I have no need to engage with you and I am certain it is to the benefit of this forum and this thread if I dont. I am very happy not to. However every time you lie and knowingly spread misinformation I will call you out on it you can be assured of that.

Now, Ill be waiting for my apology and statement that you were lying about me posting that vaccines dont work and we can get back to our usual programming. You certainly have the integrity and courage for that right? You wouldnt embarass yourself in front of everyone here by sticking to that lie and proving that you have no integrity? Would you?

Dude just foe him and be done with it.

Mate we have a good relationship on this forum, even though at times we dont agree ....but all that aside, may God bless your wife, both of you be safe and love and look after yourselves and family....

I'd like to see a @Juro curve on the cases in Sydney vs the pages on the Corona Virus thread.

We'll need Earl to check the efficacy on that..especially the prolonged use..ooops too late

Check with your witchdoctor

In all seriousness the AZ vaccine is a good vaccine.

https://www.smh.com.au/national/doing-the-maths-on-astrazeneca-20210727-p58d81.html

It's up to you but people have died who if they'd been vaccinated probably would be alive. We've had a lot of AZ available for a long time.

Check with your doctor if you have concerns or wait but you are taking a risk no matter what option you take.

Not a bad article. In particular I found this part interesting, regarding efficacy.

*Will AstraZeneca protect me from COVID-19?

Yes. Focusing just on Delta, the current variant of the virus running through Sydney, the best real-world data we have suggests two doses of AstraZeneca is 67 per cent effective against stopping a Delta infection.*

Guess what the “best real-world data” is. It is the New England Journal of Medicine study that I have posted a thousand time pointing out that Pfizer is 88% effective against contracting Delta and AZ 67% effective.

I welcome this change of heart Earl. Good to see

They only supply it to adults that can spell the brand name.

Such is my main concern around opening up at the levels currently suggested and disgusting when one on here mocked health professionals being held up as heroes during this pandemic a few weeks back.

To see frontline health workers suffering for months on end to accommodate the benefits to others doesn't sit well with me. There is little mental respite for those in ICU in such times and the additional protective measures are an added burden.

Ch 10 - AMA advises no easing of restrictions as it is too dangerous with high case numbers (even when the 6 m dose target met).

80% of cases are coming from the areas of concerns.
