Smith has returned back to his old NSW ways I see along with Wacky Warner

Back to grade cricket boys

It was just a good ball that got Warner, these things happen…

Well, what about the other 8 wickets.

Considering Starc was batting at 10 we had a lot of depth, good stuff from Wade & Maxwell. Head showed glimpses.

Sad how often we have batting collapses and how bad they can be.

I'm certain your IQ Tests didn't have any cricket related questions…

Most the time your posts are followed by crickets ….

Good win by the Aussies.

I was impressed with Cummins.

Changes for Melbourne

Would imagine Zampa in for Billy.

Hazelwood in for Starc

Khawaja in for Faulkner/Marsh

If Khawaja is to come in I'd have him replace Marsh. Marsh is better with the bat than Faulkner but Faulkner offers much more with the ball given his change-ups. We already have pretty insane batting depth with Starc at 10.

Every sports team needs a Billy in it

Geez Ian Chappell has fired up the whole of the Subcontinent with his comments about Pakistan losing their last 12 tests in a row.. I think he has united the whole of the SC against Australia .

Have to love Chapelli's honesty sometimes, same applies with William morris Lawry also.

Chappelli is cricket's version of Sterlo.
Great players, respected throughout the game, with tonnes of experience and insight.

However every comment they make is tinged with intense jealousy as to how easy players have it today and massive envy of the salaries on offer. They both rate themselves higher than most who currently play their respective sports and it creates an undercurrent of bias throughout their commentary.

I take in their wisdom yet smile everytime they show their true colours.

Test Squad Named for Indian Tour…

Australian squad: Steve Smith (capt), David Warner (vice-captain), Ashton Agar, Jackson Bird, Peter Handscomb, Josh Hazlewood, Usman Khawaja, Nathan Lyon, Mitchell Marsh, Shaun Marsh, Glenn Maxwell, Steve O'Keefe, Matthew Renshaw, Mitchell Starc, Mitchell Swepson, Matthew Wade.

No real surprises big test ahead..

There is a solid argument right there in the naming of that squad that this is quite possibly the worst Test team Australia have ever trotted out. Anything different than a 4-0 pantsing will be a massive surprise.
