You missed the point entirely, even though I explained it.If there were as many interactions between people and crocs as there was between people and every other animal you’ve listed, those stats would would be far higher. It is flawed logic.

No. You set up a strawman. You missed the point entirely, even though I explained it.
We humans are part of this ecosystem and if we don't play our role the numbers will explode further. Surely there is a balance between shoot em all and the greeny brigade.100,000 is the ballpark estimate for the NT alone - and it may be light. You have to add WA from around Broome up and QLD from about Rocky up. 200-250K would be a closer number.
They are everywhere, in places you wouldn’t expect. Floods move them about and yes opportunism is a factor. People are getting hit and sighting them in swimming holes that have regularly been declared to be safe by the Gov.
If you say so.No. You set up a strawman.
Exactly. Otherwise we'll be needing more tents. We humans are part of this ecosystem and if we don't play our role the numbers will explode further. Surely there is a balance between shoot em all and the greeny brigade.
Just seems like the do gooders are missing the main issue...the population is out of hand. Even the "good oil" from the gov seems to be rancid.
It’s you and your good old boys who see this picture as illustrating the future of suburbs all around the country.Another picture of an alligator…why are you offering so many ill informed opinions?
You have no idea about this topic. It’s you and your good old boys who see this picture as illustrating the future of suburbs all around the country.
That in the absence of drunken red necks in utes with shotguns and Winnie reds, on regular croc killing rampages, we are all doomed to be ambushed by crocs for their amusement and entertainment when we open our front doors to let the cat out.
Perhaps they might implant tracking devices in us?
Join up with aliens and go the probe?!
Your best bet is to get advice and guidance from your local experts.
You can always move away, unlike the crocs.
You’re not talking to a Tesla owner son.You have no idea about this topic.
You have no experience on this topic.
You sit in your suburban bubble sniffing your own farts and labelling everyone who doesn’t think the same way as you.
Drunken red necks….wake up to yourself you moron.
Condolences mate. I can only imagine your grief.Cheers Ink. He was a good man, tough bastard but loyal and hard working.
He knew the area well. Knew the risks, knew where they generally liked to be. He was careful.
Just shit dumb luck that he crossed paths with a rogue.
Hell of a way to go….
Surprised bees numbers aren't higherJust to put all this hysteria into perspective.
Australia 2001-2017; Human deaths caused by an animal
Horses 172
Cows 82
Dogs 53
Kangaroos 37
snakes 37
Bees 31
Sharks 27
Crocodiles 21
So, mans best friend causes two and a half times the human deaths that crocodiles cause. Horses cause more than eight times as many. Not only that, but these dangerous animals live in close proximity to us. Some even live in our homes. We allow our children to join horse riding clubs, deliberately putting them at risk.
My question is, when do we start conducting dog and horse culls?
Are you sure that's not an alligator?Yes, apparently in Florida they swim in the residential canals and can waddle up into the house if the door is unlocked.

Seems pretty chilled on the kitchen rug, cold blooded, so he might prefer tiles.
Maybe Ive watched too many episodes of Lost In Space, but they don’t come across as especially innately nasty and evil.
Just one of natures beasts doing their thing.
It would be cool to have a baby croc until he reached biting age. Get him a Tigers pet membership.
I’ll text him and ask!Are you sure that's not an alligator?
Yes, I'm surprised as well. My understanding is that, of venomous animals, the order Hymenoptera (Bees, ants, wasps) is the biggest killer worldwide.Surprised bees numbers aren't higher
Horses. I knew it. They’ve thrown me, trampled me and tried to eat my arm. I have long suspected they were out to get me.Just to put all this hysteria into perspective.
