With the uncertainty surrounding the Western Force in the Super 15's rugby Union comp I would be putting the feelers out to Rona about a return to league and WT. Fast, big, agile bloke with a good leap I would love to have him in our side on the wing or in the centres. Chance Peni has been going pretty well for the Force this season too as a sidenote, showed plenty of pace scoring a few tries as well from the little I have seen.

I think he would rather just go to another super rugby side, unless we offered him more money. That being said I think he would make a great addition to our roster.

Rona was a WA boy, don't know him personally but I'd guess he'd rather stay in the same country as his family rather than go to Japan or France. Money may talk though, who knows.

I would too, but if someone gave me several hundred thousand reasons a year to do so I reckon I could stomach it.

Rona learnt to play footy in WA and thus has roots in Perth, that's why he signed with the Force, his partner was homesick hastening the move, if the Force are dumped a return to League would be a possibility.

From what I've learnt is that the only reason why the Force are able to compete this year is that got a huge sponsorship from a WA Government agency much Like Victorian AFL clubs had with the TAC, without the government $$$$ they would have been lucky to compete, for the Rebels does one of the owners of the Storm have a stake, ie Jayco owner Jerry Ryan?.

Rebels are privately owned so they won't be going anywhere. Rona would be a great addition. Pretty sure he was bulldogs top try scorer last year.

Chance peni has been playing unreal at the force, he's got some pace and strength as well, shouldn't have let him leave it should've been Naquima lol
