Curtis Sironen released [Official p.40]

Although he isn't setting the world on fire, i am stoked he has extended.

I want a player who is willing to break his way back into the top grade through state cup rather than take the easy way.

Makes you think though…his father was blaming Taylor for Sironens form yet he still re signs

Maybe Sirro had an option in his favour like the halves??

God it would be great being a young "potential" player at Wests Tigers.

$$$

Club tells him he's free to look for other opportunities, takes up option

Lol

Exactly, thats telling the club where to go…..will be our most costly NSW Cup player

Read this article…its only 2 years old...everything was looking on the up..... sadly our club seems to have plunged to new lows since it was written...the only +ve being we did keep Teddy (just)

Pascoe talking to his subordinates this morning

Pascoe: 'Well fella's today is going to be a rough day. Day after a loss fans are going to be calling for the coaches head. Plus we have to announce that a player who has the entire supporter base buzzing is leaving. But i don't want this day to end on a bad note, we need to get the supporters back onside. i want something positive. So throw some ideas at me

Lackey no 1: ''Well, we could announce another Family Fun Day at our next suburban home game. People love Ferris Wheels?''

Pascoe: ''Hmm nah, we only just did that. What else?''

Lackey no 2: ''How about an offer of a free pie, chips and coke for all members this Friday night?''

Pascoe: ''No no people, this has to be something with substance, something big. Not just a simple thank you gesture. This has to be something that's going to get people excited for the rest of this yr and beyond. Think people think.''

Lackey no 3: ''Why don't we just give Siro a new 2 yr contract?''

Pascoe: ''…...Heeeey, now there's an idea. Write up the contract and get it signed so we can get it out to the members and supporters by 6\. Great work fellas''

Honestly, i sometimes wonder if Michael Scott isn't running this club.

Probably that conversation is so close to the truth it isnt funny

This just reinforces truely what an inept lot of people run this club ..Sironen is a lazy loafer and this has Oniel written all over it WHAT A JOKE the club will be at the bottom of the heap for years to come! It truly has a losing culture….

One of the reasons we have been half competitive lately is because that lazy turd hasn't been in the team, next thing they will be extending JT's contract ffs.

Siro said he loves it here, and why wouldn't he? Where else can you play like he has and get rewarded for it. Just as i was starting to get a bit of confidence about the playing roster, first JAC, and now this.

Thumbs up buckets.

No secret that Siro has massive potential that he hasn't lived up too.

I have respect for him not to crack a tantrum and leave after being dropped. Perhaps this will give the kick up the bum and he will realise his potential.

As I've said previously his only hope is playing prop , he lacks the speed to be a back rower , but still has some work ethic

We moved Lawrence and it worked a treat , who knows ??

Probably worth a try Happy at least he will be forced to do some work

Funny stuff GNR,
but all jokes aside I wouldn't be surprised if this is how it went down.
However the Ferris wheel was very impressive.
