A lot of people want five players dropped every week or at least after a poor performance. The bottom line is you have a second tier cap issue when you start introducing new players to the top grade and without a crystal ball you never know when you are going to run into injury problems as the season progresses. So with that in mind you find that all coaches basically stick where the same players and very rarely drop players due to form and I guess when they do its also about having a player in the wings who can do a better job than the player your dropping.
In Siro's case I think it was all about his form and the form of others, I doubt there was anything sinister in it
