Well Bellamy can see something, why can't our coaches get him going.

Bellamy signs more fringe players than the 99 Magpies. About 30% of them do well. It's no biggy.

If we go on your thoughtline Roger Tuivasa-Sheck was a terrible signing for the Warriors and the person responsible for this signing should be immediately sacked due to poor judgement. Surely this person should have foreseen that Tuivasa-Sheck during his first game for the Warriors in 2016 he would have a season ending injury.

What they'll tell you is that RTS did not have a history of long-term knee injury. But then via a different argument, they wouldn't have offered Tedesco a contract after he managed just 28 games between 2012-14.

Some people seem to think injuries are obvious and predictable, and that someone with a pre-existing injury, despite full rehabilitation, is a big risk. Statistically that might even be somewhat true, that players are at more significant risk of re-injury rather than new injury. But if that is your argument, then your potential signing pool is reduced to the 5% of the rugby league community that hasn't experienced serious injury at some time in their career.

I've said this before, the people that have clairvoyance enough to make all the right choices and selections and gambles, they don't muck about eking out a career in sports management, they take to the stocks or the ponies and earn their fortune.

Imagine if they followed that logic with Marshall early in his career.

But Jason Taylor would have been a great selection as a player.

A also heard that ET has agreed to terms but isn't able to put pen to paper until Sironen signs with Manly. ET will be central to our game plan so having him locked up for the next 3 years will be a massive win for us.

Signed, Sealed and Delivered Curtis Sironen has signed with Manly Warringah Sea Eagles for 2017 and is waiting for a official release from the Wests Tigers.

How can he be "signed, sealed and delivered" if Manly are still "waiting for an official release from Wests Tigers".
Sounds like a bit of an oxymoron…

Friends of mine have seen him enjoying his latte with some manly players at a Northern Beaches cafe. Will be sad to see him go if it happens but going to Manly my goodness will only push his footy career backwards not forwards.

Barrett couldn't train a choko vine over a country dunny and he doesn't look or sound very intelligent to me either.

Sironen if he wants to leave should be heading to Melbourne under Bellamy who will get the best out of him, he is young and has potential

If he put pen to paper yesterday it will be a minimum 14 days before Manly can officially announce anything (cooling off period).

This will happen often now where it is reported that player X has signed with club Y but there is no official announcement from the club for 2 to 3 weeks.

So he is no better off with Barrett than Taylor. If there was an offer from Melbourne he may have learnt more.

Not much of a battering ram. He hid out wide and was lucky to make 5 runs a game. Most the time he would stop and submit upon initial contact.
Lawrence does not have his build, but did twice as much work and runs much better lines.
