Is it just me or does manly gear not suit him?

Thankful that Sirro Snr was never enticed to stoop so low as to being seen in Manly outfit during his playing days.
Good luck to Curtis, never showed much in his games for WT, you can't keep waiting and hoping for a bloke to fulfil his potential forever. His time had definitely come.
Hopefully we are now starting to become a bit more ruthless as a club, if someone doesn't show any progression in 2 seasons then hopefully they will be shown the door.

If that was the case the coach would be gone as well.

Well then Luke Brooks is the next on the chopping block IMO. First 8-10 rounds should be a good enough guide to see whether this guy is legit or a myth.

This might sound wrong but i'm delighted with the news.

Has never showed enough desire and willingness to take his game to the next level and he had his opportunities.
Potential can only last so long before you come to the realization that they are simply not going to be good enough…..time will tell whether a change is what was needed.

I still wish him well though and who knows maybe in time he might just come back and play with us again along side his brother .

He is the next bloke that needs to go if he doesn't pick up his act in the Rounds you have just mentioned .

Thanks for the service and good luck Siro, unfortunately never lived up to the expectations with us for the money we were paying you… The coach is getting rid of everybody he didn't want at the club so he will have no excuses next year imo.

Your first post in 2 years on this forum was hardly worth the wait. It was the right decision by the club. Sironen was taking up unnecessary cap space and quite simply not up to FG. He's lazy and not what you want in a backrower.

Yep. Sirro had enough chances to impress and couldn't. So it was time to move on and give some of the other young players in the U20s a chance to step up to the top 25.
Aloiai in 2016 had similar stats to Siro in 2015\. Approx same meters run , tackles in defence as Siro.
So all we did was end up with was 'like for like'. Hopefully Aloiai steps up in 2017 and Esan, Bailey ect have good seasons in SC. If we don't sign anyone, WTs will have the weakest 2nd rowers in the comp on paper to start the 2017 season.

Somehow knew the coach would be in this eventually…...
